Ken Keber, a tax partner at Crowe Horwath in South Bend, will be providing an estate and tax update.

Experience

  • Ken joined Crowe as a tax partner in October, 2001.Prior to joining the Firm, Ken served as tax partner-in-charge of the South Bend office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, which he joined in 1985 until it closed in 2001, serving as the managing tax partner beginning in 1990.In addition to income tax consulting and strategic planning services to publicly-traded companies, closely-held businesses, executives, individuals and tax-exempt organizations, Ken has more than thirty-six years of experience in the practice of tax law, research and review of technical issues, strategic tax planning, estate tax planning and trust and estate tax compliance and reporting.He has also directed numerous special tax planning projects, tax accounting method changes, Internal Revenue Service audits and appeals and other special tax services.

  • Ken provides tax compliance and special tax consulting services to Skyline Corporation, Hess Industries, Koontz-Wagner Electric Company, The Commodore Corporation, Mono Ceramics, Inc., North American Signs, Robert Weed Plywood Corporation, The University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary's College, Parkview Health Systems, Saint Joseph’s College, The Indiana Province of the Priests of Holy Cross, The South Bend Medical Foundation, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and The Conner Prairie Interactive History Park and other long-term clients.
